Meet Our team
Dr. Jamison Briggs, OD — Optometrist
Dr. Jamison Briggs earned her undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross, majoring in Global Health, and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating cum laude. She has a strong passion for global health and community outreach and has participated in medical mission trips to Honduras and Jamaica.
Dr. Briggs gained clinical experience at a cataract and LASIK surgery center in Newport Beach, California, before transitioning to private practice in Manhattan Beach. In 2026, she returned to her roots in New Hampshire, worked alongside Dr. Donna Reed, and later assumed ownership of the practice. Dr. Briggs is proud to provide comprehensive family eye care to the New London community and surrounding areas.
Dr. Donna Reed, OD — Optometrist
Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Dr. Reed earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of British Columbia before completing her optometry degree at City University in London, England. Following graduation, she practiced hospital-based optometry in Hastings, England, and participated in a Vision Aid mission to Lac, Albania, providing eye care and corrective lenses to underserved patients. She then spent two years in private practice in Lichfield, England. In 2000, Dr. Reed earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA.
After completing her doctorate, Dr. Reed relocated to the Upper Valley of New Hampshire, where she worked in private practice with a focus on comprehensive eye care, contact lenses, and laser vision correction. In 2007, she purchased a long-established private practice in New London, NH, where she provided family eye care, diabetes, and dry eye care before transitioning the practice to Dr. Jamison Briggs.
Mark Hilton — Optician
Mark is a master optician with over 40 years of professional experience in the optical field, contributing to advanced eye care. He holds certification from the American Board of Opticianry (ABO) and has been an integral part of the optometry team serving the New London community, always prioritizing patient-centered care.
